The Leadership Conference will address women's issues such as taking charge of your own success, effective communication and writing skills, negotiating self-worth, and gaining personal and career opportunities from professional, nonprofit, and social organizations within the context of Stepping Up to Leadership. The conference celebrates women who have taken leadership roles.  By listening to their strengths we'll find our own ways to Step Up to leadership.
