The Hampton Roads Center (HRC) is a George Washington University off campus graduate education center, serving working professionals. The HRC is located in the Harbor Bank Building in Newport News, Virginia and occupies approximately 10,000 square feet of space located on the first and second floors. The facility has an administrative area, nine faculty offices, eight staff offices, a library and six classrooms, including a student lounge area. Classes are also held at:

Access to the Facility
Monacan High School provides GW HRC classroom space on an as-needed basis, normally 5:30-9:30 p.m., one night per week. There is an administrator from the Chesterfield County Public Schools on site.
