To help familiarize you with the SUMMIT, here are the answers to some general questions:

What is a challenge course?
The SUMMIT Outdoor Challenge Course consists of 11 elements which present unique situations with the intention of furthering the group's physical, mental, and emotional development.  Groups will address challenges such as building trust, creative problem solving, goal setting, and communication.

What does a SUMMIT session entail?
Sessions are customized to meet the specific needs and objectives of individual groups. Your time on the course will include a mixture of group challenges, icebreakers and warm-up activities, element initiatives (click here for details), and reflection time for your group's performance.

Why do it?
There are many benefits to taking your group out of a traditional setting and onto an outdoor challenge course. The high energy environment of the SUMMIT provides great opportunities for group development, leadership development and improvement in group dynamics and communication. Click here for more information to help you determine if the SUMMIT is right for you.

Who can use the SUMMIT?
