Where is the SUMMIT?

The SUMMIT Outdoor Challenge Course is an integral part of GW's Mount Vernon Campus, located on Foxhall Road in upper northwest Washington, DC, less than 3 miles from GW's Foggy Bottom Campus and close in proximity to Maryland and Virginia.

On campus, the SUMMIT Course can be found behind the Athletic Field and between the Hand Chapel and the site of the Pelham Redevelopment Project.  Mount Vernon Campus Map

The Mount Vernon Campus is accessible by both The Vern Express and car.  The Vern Express is the free shuttle service connecting the Mount Vernon and Foggy Bottom campuses.  To find out more information about The Vern Express, including the schedule and location of stops, please visit The Vern Express website.
