What to wear and bring

SUMMIT sessions happen despite rain or shine so be sure to check the forecast and dress appropriately!

What To Wear:
Loose fitting athletic clothing that you will not mind getting dirty

Closed-toe athletic shoes; you will not be permitted to participate without proper footwear due to safety hazards

Layers of clothing so that you can add more if you’re cold or remove layers if you’re hot

What To Bring:
Lots of water!
Bug repellent
Sunscreen
Hat
Rain gear
Snack
Inhalers and other personal medications
     *There is a first-aid kit on the course so you will only need to come equipped for your personal needs.

What NOT to wear and bring (please!):
Jewelry
Sandals, flip-flops or high-heeled shoes
Revealing clothing
Sunglasses
Cell phones, Blackberries, iPods, etc.
