Signing Up for Voicemail and Call Waiting Contact the IT Support Center at 202-994-GWIT (4948) or ithelp@gwu.edu. Long Distance Service To make phone calls outside the University,
you will need a PAETEC Personal Billing Number (PBN). Once you have a PBN with
PAETEC, you can check your bill
online at: https://www.campuslink.paetec.com/.
The PBN Ensures Secure Billing for Students:
When dialing a long distance number, the phone will make a series of tones to prompt the entry of your PBN; the charges will appear on your next Paetec statement, which you will receive by e-mail.
