Banner PIN Resets
 

STS can reset student Banner PINs in-person ONLY at our City Hall office during business hours. Students who require a PIN reset should bring valid photo identification (GWorld Card, government-issued ID) with them. Users can also try using the PIN Fetcher and/or Security Question tools online before requesting a PIN reset. Users who are unable to come to our City Hall office can also send a faxed request to the Office of Banner Security at (202) 994-0722. If you choose to fax a request:

    • Ensure that the fax is clearly labelled as a PIN Reset Request
    • Include a copy of valid photo ID, such as a GWorld or government-issued ID
    • Clearly print your full name, as well as contact information (telephone or email)
    • Sign the bottom of the request
Faxed requests will be shredded after they have been processed.

Call Waiting/Voicemail Signup

Students wishing to sign up for Call Waiting or Voicemail service can do so in the STS office during business hours. STS can accept checks, GWorld or money order as payment.
