Keeping your computer safe and secure is an important part of user responsibility. STS offers a wealth of information on our website that can help you to protect your computer from infection. STS staff are always available to answer your questions and support you as you protect your "digital assets" from viruses and spyware. To that end, STS will perform ONE free virus/spyware cleaning for each GW user. Once we have cleaned a machine, subsequent virus removal procedures may be subject to all applicable fees.

*STS has Dell and Apple Warranty Technicians on staff who can assist you with your in-warranty Dell or Apple computer. STS DOES NOT charge for Dell or Apple Warranty Service. If you have a computer made by a manufacturer other than Dell or Apple, or if your computer is out of warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer of your computer. Also, note that STS cannot perform warranty repairs for non-students.
