Migrate Colonial Mail Contacts

This is a step-by-step guide to migrate your Colonial Mail contacts into GWMail. Step 2: Click Export CMail Address Book. Step 3: Then click on Click Here. The file download window will give you the option to save the file. Save this file to a location you can easily find, like your Desktop.
Step 7: From Contacts click on Import
Step 8: Click Browse Step 9: Use the File Upload window to find your cmail-contacts.csv file and click Open
Step 10: (Optional) You may wish to categorize your imported contacts under a group. You will still be able to see your imported contacts under My Contacts, along with all your other contacts. The grouping will allow you to filter you GWMail contacts and view just the contacts associated with a group. To associate your imported contacts with a group put a check mark next to Also add these imported contacts to. If you already have groups setup in GWMail one can be selected from the drop down menu. Step 11: Now you can click on Import. Step 11b: (Optional) If you have no groups and you chose to have your imported contacts put into a new group you will be prompted to create the group. Step 12: You will receive a completion message stating the number of contacts imported. The contacts have been add to your My Contacts list. (Optional) If you choose to create a group the new group will appear under My Contacts along with your other groups. Step 13: Click OK. you have now imported your contacts.
