What do I do if I am using the Mac or Linux OS?
If you are using a Mac or Linux based computer, open your web browser and log in to the Cisco Clean Access page. At this time, no CCA client is required and specific security requirements are not enforced on Mac's or Linux computers.
If you turn off your computer, or do not use the internet for a long
period of time, you may need to log in again.
What else do I need to install besides the CCA Agent?
CCA ensures that computers using
ResNet have GW-provided Symantec Anti-Virus installed (users
should set
Symantec Anti-Virus to "Live Update" daily). Additionally, users must

system, and install all critical patches. Windows users will also be required to install Spybot Search & Destroy.
Please note that
the Cisco Clean Access system supports only Symantec Client Security
