Conference Groups
STS is able to accommodate conference groups wishing to utilize GW's high-speed network while staying on campus. Conference groups will be billed daily for each connection requested based on the following rates:
Daily Rates:
Wired Connection: $10 per connection
Wireless Connection: $5 per user
*Payment is due before any connections/usernames are issued and may be made with any major credit card or check

For groups requesting 40 or more connections, an STS technician can be provided for four (4) hours during your arrival, at a cost of $100.00. Groups of 40 or more users who would like their wired connections set up prior to their arrival will be subject to a $10 setup fee for each connection. Advance setup must be scheduled at least one week prior to arrival.
