Equipment Collection

DO NOT RETURN YOUR EQUIPMENT TO YOUR HALL OFFICE, THE KEY DEPOT, OR LEAVE IT IN YOUR ROOM (except City Hall and Scholar's Village Residents).   YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT COSTS.

Equipment returns after May 19th can be taken to the City Hall reception area between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.

STS is closed on Saturday and Sunday unless otherwise posted.

Please remember to return all of the cords and components that came with your media converter.  For your convenience, you will receive a return bag via campus mail.  The return bag will contain Equipment Collection Event information, a return form, and pictures of the equipment that you will need to return to STS.  Please use the return bag when you return your equipment to STS during the Equipment Collection Event.  If you are having someone return the equipment on your behalf, please be sure that YOU fill out the return form included in your return bag. You are ultimately responsible for your equipment until it is received by ISS Student Technology Services.

All equipment MUST be returned to STS by June 05, 2009. Failure to do so will result in your student account being charged for replacement costs.

CITY HALL AND SCHOLAR'S VILLAGE RESIDENTS: YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO RETURN EQUIPMENT - PLEASE LEAVE IT IN YOUR ROOM.

An equipment drop box is available for after hours returns in the City Hall Lobby (beside the STS desk).  Include in your bag a completed return form available at the drop box.  Please keep the pink copy of the return form for your records

During periods of high demand the drop box may fill up quickly or run out of forms.  If this is the case please check back later or return the equipment during STS office hours.  Do not leave your equipment unattended outside of the drop box.

You are ultimately responsible for your equipment until it is received by ISS Student Technology Services.


If you were unable to return your equipment prior to leaving campus, you can also ship it to us.*  Please address the package to:
