Network Upgrade
Over the Thanksgiving break ISS will be performing upgrades to the University Network. During the maintenance period services may be prone to interruption or other technical issues without warning. Should you experience a problem with a service, please try accessing the service at a later time. All services will resume normal operations on Monday, November 30th.

Banner Production maintenance - Sunday, November 22nd
What: Banner Production Services (including GWEB Information System and Banner INB) Interrupted
When: Sunday, November 22nd, 12pm-4pm
Who is affected: Students will not be able to access the GWEB Information System during the maintenance period. Faculty and staff will not be able to access the GWEB Information System or Banner INB during the maintenance period.
Purpose: Application of Banner financial aid updates.
Impact to users: Banner will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

Cisco Clean Access (CCA) Outage – Tuesday, November 24th
What: Cisco Clean Access (CCA) Service
When: Tuesday, November 24th, 4am to 6am
Who is affected: Students (primarily) and other users who utilize CCA to establish network connections will be impacted immediately following this maintenance.
Purpose: Required software and configuration updates and maintenance on the CCA servers.
Impact to users: The services noted above should function during the maintenance period; however, services that may be prone to interruption or other technical issues without warning. Immediately following the maintenance, students will need to re-login to CCA following the maintenance period specified above.

GWorld (specific services) – Sunday, December 13th
What: GWorld Services – Printing from Academic Technologies Labs and Parking Garage Debit Charges impacted
When: Sunday, December 13th, 7am to 11am
Who is affected: Students, staff, and faculty that utilize the specific GWorld Card services noted will receive errors or not be able to complete transactions during the maintenance period specified above. Parking services will assist users impacted by the maintenance.
Purpose: Reconfiguration of GWorld servers.
Impact to users: The services noted above will not be available during the maintenance period. Please be advised that any service that may return during the maintenance period may be prone to interruption or other technical issues without warning.
