Phishing Messages
Some users have received an email claiming to be from administrators which encouraged them to update their security information. This message was a hoax. For more information click here.
Voice Service Outage Resolved
The unplanned outage affecting telephone service in the Aston has been resolved. If you continue to have service issues, please contact ISS Student Technology Services at sts@gwu.edu or by phone at 994-7041.
STS is currently observing Academic Year 2008-2009 hours of operation. Walk-in support is available from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. The STS Hotline is open from 7 am to 10 pm Monday through Friday.
