****Please have a copy of your immunization dates on hand during travel-related visits to Student Health. Our office only keeps record of immunizations required to attend classes (Tetanus, MMR, Chicken Pox).****

Yellow Fever Vaccinations
Student Health does not administer the Yellow Fever vaccination. Please consult the Traveler’s Health Clinic with questions or to schedule an appointment:

Studying Abroad
1) Obtain the necessary paperwork to apply for your program.
2) If you know what immunizations you need, come to Student Health Tuesdays-Wednesdays from 9am-1pm and 2-4pm, no appointment necessary, to obtain the necessary inoculations.
3) If your program requires a physical exam, call the Student Health office at (202) 994-6827 to schedule a physical exam appointment.
4) If you are unsure of what inoculations you need, and your program does not require a physical exam, call (202) 994-6827 to schedule a consultation.
Traveling Abroad Independently
1) Visit the Center for Disease Control’s website at www.cdc.gov and click on 'Traveler's Health' to view the necessary inoculations for your country of travel.
2) To consult with a clinician about the necessary immunizations for your country of travel, call (202) 994-6827 to schedule a consultation appointment.
