2009 Nomination Form

The Stephen Joel Trachtenberg Cooperative Education Student of the Year Award recognizes co-op student employees who have made outstanding contributions to their employers. If you have a student employee whom you feel is worthy of special recognition, we encourage you to nominate him or her. The award process begins with a nomination submitted by a student’s co-op employer.

The student you nominate should be registered as a Co-op Student with the GW Career Center, and have worked for you a period of at least one semester during the 2008 calendar year.  You should evaluate your nominee on the qualities of attitude, commitment, initiative, reliability, and contribution to employer as indicated on the Nomination Form.
