2009 Nomination Form



 

The Outstanding Student Service Award is presented to one student and one student group which has made a significant difference within our campus, local, national or global community through service. This award focuses on direct service, which may fall into any of the following categories: Service-Learning, Federal Work Study Service, AmeriCorps, or volunteerism. This award does not focus in philanthropic or fund-raising efforts.


Students, faculty, staff, and administrators of The George Washington University and our community partners are encouraged to nominate students for this award.  Candidates may not be on academic or disciplinary probation.  Nominations are open to both undergraduate and graduate students and groups.  More than one student may be nominated per organization or group.  Nominations will remain confidential. Please complete a nomination form (one form per nomination) and attach responses to the questions above.
