The Excellence in Diversity Award will honor two student organizations who are committed to developing the cross-cultural competencies that are critical for the success of new leaders in an increasingly diverse world of work. The award is given to those organizations who demonstrate functional, organizational, programmatic creativity in their operations, and who demonstrate a purposeful want to explore and appreciate the many cultures of GW through their actions, deeds, procedures, membership, and service choices in their contribution to the GW Community.
