The �Neighbors Project at The George Washington University 10th Anniversary Resolution of 2003� was presented to Emily Morrison, coordinator of GW�s Neighbors Project, the Neighbors Project Service Coordinators, and GW President Stephen Joel Trachtenberg on Oct. 7 by Councilmember Jack Evans (Ward 2) during a city council session in the John A.
