Peer Leadership Mentors

Peer Mentors will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing small group workshops along with Emerging Leaders Program sessions and topics
  • Monitoring and tracking participants progress in the Emerging Leaders Program
  • Meet individually with ELP participants to set leadership goals
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings
