Important Technology News for Students and Parents!

STS also offers limited laptop support during the Connection Fair.  Laptop support hours are 10 am – 4 pm.  The wait for laptop support can sometimes be long, so please plan accordingly. 

 

*Beginning Tuesday, September 4, STS will be available at our year-round location in City Hall, 950 24th Street, NW.

STS offers a wide range of technology support for GW students.  STS supports the following:

 

Residence Hall Technology Amenities:

  • Telephone, including voice mail and call waiting

Desktop/Laptop Support:

  • Windows/Mac Operating Systems
  • Symantec Anti-Virus/Firewall
  • Dell and Apple Warranty Support
  • Virus Removal/Cleaning

Technology Support:

  • GWireless
  • Microsoft Office Support
  • NetID Account Setup and Password Reset
  • Colonial Mail and Alternate Mail Clients and Web Browsers
  • Blackboard Support
  • Banner Pin Resets (in person only)
