New Hall will be re-named and dedicated as "Philip S. Amsterdam Hall".  The late Philip Amsterdam (CCAS BA '62) made an indelible mark on GW as an engaged student and active alumnus and trustee.  His gift in the form of a bequest of $5 million to support the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration is commemorated in the naming of the dormitory. Please join us on October 17, 2009 at 2:00 pm in celebrating the life and support of a special GW alumus.
