Caitlin Carroll
Caitlin Carroll, Indianapolis, Ind., graduated from the School of Media and Public Affairs with a major in journalism and minor in sociology. As an undergraduate, she worked for four years at The GW Hatchet, the University's 103-year-old award-winning independent student newspaper, and served as its editor-in-chief her senior year. She started her college career as a member of the Press Room Living and Learning Community, which traveled to London during spring break on a GW-sponsored research trip. Carroll is pursuing a master's degree in sociology and her placement is in the Office of Alumni Communications. She hopes to apply what she learns to a journalism career focused on social and cultural trends. |
