Information Systems and Services is the division of the University responsible for providing computing and networking services to the GW community. Headed by the Chief Information Officer, ISS oversees everything from e-mail to the Banner student information system. Computer labs, University-wide Internet service, and GW's telephone service all fall under ISS supervision.
