Special Service Events (SSE) at the Office of Community Service are one-time opportunities for civic engagement. From our flagship freshman orientation program, Community Building Community, to our Adopt-a-Family event in December, SSE provides you with six different opportunities for service without a sustained commitment.
Special Service Events are designed to engage and educate students about service opportunities in our community, as well as, demonstrate that even those with a busy schedule can be a part of service that enhances the well-being of our local community and community at large. We invite you to learn more about our Special Service Events by exploring the specific events below!
