Mount Vernon Campus Life welcomes your questions, comments, compliments, and concerns about The Vern Express service by completing and submitting the form below. 

Any immediate concerns about The Vern Express during normal business hours (weekdays from 9am to 5:30pm) should be reported to Mount Vernon Campus Life at 202-242-6673 or by visiting MVC Academic Building Room 115.  Outside of normal business hours (and during university holidays), immediate concerns should be reported to University Police by calling 202-242-6110 or by visiting the W Street Gatehouse at MVC.

While you are welcome to submit your feedback in the form below anonymously, providing your phone number and/or email address will enable us to follow-up with  you directly.  All feedback is treated confidentially with respect to the sender.

Any items found on the Express are turned over to University Police for tracking as lost property.  All lost property turned over to University Police will be temporarily stored at the W Street Gatehouse on the Mount Vernon Campus, then permanently stored at Woodhull House (2033 G Street NW), on the Foggy Bottom Campus.  To inquire about an item lost on The Vern Express, contact the University Police Department at 202-242-6110.
