This Event Planning Guide provides detailed information about the different spaces, materials, services and policies provided by the University. The physical details of your event, the meeting rooms, equipment provide the framework on which a successful event can be built.
There are several options on campus for registered student organizations looking to hold events and meetings. Marvin Center and University Conferences manages the meeting and event space in the Marvin Center as well as the outdoor venues. The Student Activities Center can also provide support and guidance for groups looking for alternative space.
