The State Room
The State Room is a fixed seat venue with a capacity of 70 persons. Set in a horseshoe, each of the 70 seats features internet access and a push to talk microphone system. This system can be controlled from the podium, giving a moderator the ability to take questions or comments in turn. Two overhead mounted LCD projectors project onto mounted drop-down screens at the front of the room making it a perfect venue for multiple presentations. In the back of the room, two simultaneous translation booths allow for real-time translation into four different languages. Attendees can then choose the language they would like to listen to the presentations. Use of the LCD projectors and microphone system is included in the rental cost of the room.
