Funding Opportunities For GWU Faculty
Language Teaching Enhancement Support
Award
The purpose
of this award is to enhance,
improve, and enrich language teaching at GWU by making it possible for language
faculty members to participate in pedagogical training at professional
workshops or conferences. Some examples would be workshops on innovative
pedagogical approaches, the effective use of technology in language teaching,
oral proficiency training or familiarization workshops. Recipients share their
knowledge with colleagues in the language teaching community at GWU. Full-time
and regular part-time GWU language faculty, as well as part-time faculty with at
least one year teaching experience in a GWU language program are eligible to
apply.
