Employment Workshops

These workshops are offered in the International Services Office to answer frequently asked employment questions.

All employment workshops are held at 2033 K St., NW, Suite 310 unless otherwise specified.



English Conversation Group (C3)


The purpose of this group is to provide an opportunity to speak English in an encouraging and comfortable environment, facilitate the opportunity to meet people from around the world, and discuss topics related to culture.

C3 meets every Wednesday during the spring and fall semesters. Join us one time or every time! We would love to have you.

C3 is held in the Multicultural Student Services Center at 2127 G Street, NW in Room 209.


SASS and the City
Parents coming to town?  Best friend from home visiting?  Not sure what to do this weekend?  Then let SASS and the City help you!  It is our goal to be your one stop source for all of the activities, events, and entertainment going on in Washington, D.C.  Each Thursday the site will be updated with all of the upcoming week's fun happenings.

Academic Success Workshops
Learn what you can do to ensure your success in college. Attend any one or all of these workshops. This is a free drop-in service; no appointment is necessary. All workshops are held at the University Counseling Center on Wednesday or Thursday from 4:10 - 5:30 pm. Videotapes of these workshops may be viewed at the UCC by calling 994-5300 for an appointment.
