Located on a full city block on 23rd Street between F and G Streets is Townhouse Row, which opened in the Fall of 2003. It consists of 8 houses designed specifically for Greek organizations. Each townhouse features a finished basement, large living and dining areas, a full kitchen, and sleeps between 24-30 members.
Each townhouse has five floors with bedrooms located on the second, third, and fourth floors. The kitchen, living, and dining rooms are on the ground floor, and the basement holds the meeting/recreation, laundry, and storage rooms.
