Pelham, a mixed Upperclass and First-Year student co-ed house (single sex by wing) on Mount Vernon campus, has a maximum occupancy of 78 in single rooms with a community bathroom and double rooms with a community bathroom.
Overlooking the beautiful tennis courts and athletic fields, Pelham offers residents quick access to the Mount Vernon Shuttle. It's also a short walk to the soccer/lacrosse field where you can watch GW's varsity teams or you can enjoy a pickup game of your own.
Some Pelham rooms feature balconies or skylights. Community kitchen facilities enable students to prepare food in the residential house, though Ames Dining Hall and the Mount Vernon Pub are quite close as well. Two large bathroom facilities are located on each floor. Pelham also features laundry facilities and a television lounge with a game table. A patio overlooking the soccer field is adjacent to the lounge and is a popular place for residents to hold barbecues and other outside events.
