SUMMER & CONFERENCE HOUSING in WASHINGTON, DC FOR SUMMER 2009

If you are looking for a safe and convenient way to enjoy living in Washington DC, we encourage you to live with us as part of The George Washington University's Summer & Conference Housing Program. The George Washington University has provided Summer accommodations for long-stay student interns and short-stay conference groups for  over 30 years. 

Located in the heart of the Foggy Bottom district of Washington DC, GW is minutes away from Dupont Circle, Georgetown, and other downtown areas. You will find an unparalleled "neighborhood life" like nowhere else! The mix of shopping, dancing, dining, entertainment, and nightlife within a mile radius adds to the experience of staying in the Foggy Bottom area. Our residence halls are also within close walking distance of the Kennedy Center, the State Department, and the National Mall, all of which contribute to the GW Summer experience.

Group Housing Reservation Requests for
Short-Stay Conference Groups (21 days or less),
Long-Term Stay / Intern Groups (22 days and more),
and GWU Department Groups (both long- and short-stay) will open up in December
2009.

Reservations for Individual Summer Guests
(Student Interns) will start to be accepted January 2009.

Academic-Year / Summer GWU Students
may apply for Summer Housing beginning March 2009.

Summer & Conference Housing accommodations at The George Washington University will be available for Conference Groups, GWU University affiliated groups, and individual students attending GW Summer School or participating in a structured internship experience in the Washington, DC area.
