The Aston 1L First Year Law Student Housing
GW Housing Programs is pleased to offer the Aston as an option for 1L First Year Law  students.  Located at 1129 New Hampshire Avenue, conveniently located in the prestigious West End neighborhood of Washington, the Aston provides safe, affordable residence-hall living convenient to GW Law School.

Who Is Eligible:

Full-time 1L Law students (enrolled in 12 credits per semester).


Amenities:

Furnished single occupancy rooms with private baths

All units are furnished with a twin bed, ample closet and drawer space, and wall-to-wall carpeting.

All units are equipped with a modern kitchen with a microwave oven and dishwasher.

Program Regulations:

As the Aston is an on-campus residence, graduate student residents are subject to the Residence Community Conduct Guidelines (RCCGs.) All University residence halls are designated non-smoking.  Additionally, certain household items are prohibited to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.  For more information, please read the RCCGs and our list of Frequently Asked Questions .

Lease Terms:

The license agreement for the Aston covers the 2008-2009 academic school year only. Options to extend leases for the summer months are available to residents in the spring for those wishing to stay for additional time. Lease extension information is communicated to residents in the early spring.

How to Apply: Interested 1L students should submit an interest form via our website.  Please check our site in March for more information.
