Extreme Training
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Train like the professionals with a series of high intensity training sessions designed to test your endurance, speed, agility, and strength. We’ll combine dynamic warm-ups, high-speed plyometrics, and traditional body-weight exercises with equipment, including medicine balls and kettlebells, to ensure an intense and fun cardio workout.
