Fitness & Wellness Services
**Must be a Lerner Health & Wellness Center Member to purchase Campus Recreation services**
GW Group Fitness offers a wide variety of classes, at almost any time of the day. With over 30 classes to choose from, you’ll never get bored of your fitness routine. A full Fitness pass gives unlimited access to all Group Fitness classes, while a Mind & Body Pass allows the participant to take unlimited Yoga & Pilates classes.
Discover an EXTREME way to add some intensity to your workout. Sessions are taught by certified personal trainers in a group setting.
Extreme Training classes will be FREE during the 2012-2013 academic year.
Individuals can meet with our nationally certified personal trainers to work towards customized fitness goals.

Our Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant (LWMC) Registered Dietitian (RD) will guide you towards optimal health with a 30-minute consultation or a detailed dietary analysis. We will provide education about the science of nutrition based on your personal goals.

Individuals can make appointments with a certified massage therapist
for hour-long massages. A variety of relaxing and therapeutic massage
treatments are offered, including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports
Massage.
