Group Fitness Class Schedule
UPDATED Fall Schedule (October 26-December 6)Cardio Combo: This class is a great mix of all the classes you know and love! Add some variety to your workout with this blend of step, floor aerobics (including cardio kickboxing and/or dance), sculpting and abdominal work.
Cy-Yo: This 80 minute Cycle/Yoga combo class combines the intense workout you know and love with the relaxing benefits of your favorite yoga class. Start with 50 minutes of a challenging Cycle class that will get you sweaty and energized and end with 30 minutes of a calming yoga practice that will focus on stretching out the muscles just used on the bike. Get a complete workout in just one class!
Pi-Yo™: This fusion style flexibility workout combines Pilates and yoga in a flowing sequence. It’s the perfect blend of core conditioning and flexibility flow!
Strength Fusion (with Anita): An intense mix of core training, athletic flexibility training, and strength conditioning focused on utilizing unique body weight exercises and set to a rockin' soundtrack. This innovative fusion class draws upon a wide variety of techniques, including martial arts, dance, mind/body formats, and more to give you an integrated workout designed to make you sweat while increasing your strength and flexibility and improving your balance. The perfect complement to your existing routine-it will leave you asking for more!
