Class Descriptions

A great mix of cardio, sculpting, and interval training moves will have you moving all around the room for this challenging combo class. The variety of moves will keep you on your toes and having fun while you workout. This is slightly more intense than the average Muscle Pump class.
This class is a great mix of all the classes you know and love! Add some variety to your workout with this blend of step, floor aerobics (including cardio kickboxing and/or dance), sculpting and abdominal work.
An intense cardio class performed on stationary bikes that utilizes various training techniques and motivational strategies to simulate actual riding experiences. Participants can adjust their own resistance and pedaling rate so that beginners and regular cyclists are challenged in the same class.
Challenge your endurance with this 75-minute cycle class! Appropriate for intermediate to advanced cyclists.
A cycle class followed by strength exercises and stretches that target the muscles used in cycling.
This 80 minute Cycle/Yoga combo class combines the intense workout you know and love with the relaxing benefits of your favorite yoga class. Start with 50 minutes of a challenging Cycle class that will get you sweaty and energized and end with 30 minutes of a calming yoga practice that will focus on stretching out the muscles just used on the bike. Get a complete workout in just one class!
A variation on the basic Abs class, Hard CORE uses innovative exercises to target your entire core: including abdominals, obliques, and lower back.
A fun form of dance workout that combines hip-hop, funk, and other popular dance moves. The choreography is easy to learn and focuses on giving a great cardio workout while strengthening the hips and core. No dance experience is required.
Uses kicks and punches for a non-contact extreme fat burning workout. Boxing, karate style kicks, punches and blocks, along with high energy aerobic moves will strengthen both lower and upper body, as well as your core. You will also release tons of tension and leave class feeling empowered!

This muscle conditioning class focuses on strength and endurance using a variety of sculpting exercises. Participants will use dumbbells, body bars, resist-a-bands, stability balls, and their own body weight to get an intense full body workout.

Kickboxing with a little groove! This high intensity kickboxing workout will have the extra kick you are looking for. Choreographed kickboxing segments will add that extra excitement to your regular Kickboxing routine. The "Turbo" portions of this class will have you sweating in no time!
Join the Latin dance sensation with this fusion of Salsa, Merengue, Cha-Cha, Reggaeton, and Belly Dancing moves. Set to Latin and International music, Zumba TM creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective workout. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
