Extreme Training
A series of high intensity training sessions designed to burn calories & increase strength, endurance, speed, agility, and core stabilization. Extreme Training Sessions include:
Explosive Conditioning
Train like the professionals with sessions designed to test your endurance, speed, agility and strength. Dynamic warm-ups, high-speed plyometrics, and team-oriented workouts combine to ensure an intense and fun cardio workout.
BOSU® Core
Increase your core stability and emphasize total body strength gains with BOSU® Core. This class will utilize the BOSU® as well as the medicine ball, kettlebell, and traditional body weight exercises to sculpt all areas of the Core—abdominals, hips, and lower back. Class will end with stretching to release deep muscle tension so you can be ready to train like a professional again tomorrow!
