Online Waiver Instructions

Participants will need their university NetID (gwu email) and password to access the system. Once students sign this waiver it is valid throughout the year. If you participate in multiple sports you only have to sign the waiver once.

The following information will be needed:
First, Last Name
GWID
Local Phone Number
Emergency Contact Name, Phone Number, Relation

Participants will be asked to fill in initials at the bottom of the waiver.

Club Sports participants must fill out an Intramural Sports waiver when participating in IM sports. The Club Sports waiver WILL NOT cover participation in Intramural Sports.

Participants under the age of 18 will not be allowed to play Intramural Sports without a signed waiver by their parent/guardian. The hardcopy of the waiver can be downloaded from the link on the website.

In order to be on the printed list, participants must sign the online waiver by 6pm the day of the game. If the game is to be played on the weekend, participants must sign the waiver by 7:30am. Anyone who is not on the printed list will NOT be allowed to play.

The specific sport listings refer to club sports only. Participants who do not follow this procedure will NOT be allowed to play before they choose the right fields. ***
