Extreme Training Class Descriptions

 

Explosive Conditioning: Train like an athlete with sessions designed to test your endurance, speed, agility, and lower body strength. High-speed plyometrics, footwork exercise, and team-oriented drills will be used to ensure an intense and fun cardio workout.


Extreme Core: Improve your core strength and posture with exercises that challenge the abdominal muscles and lower back. This class will include traditional exercises and additionally utilize equipment such as the BOSU, medicine balls, and kettle bells to provide both stability and balance.


BOSU Strength & Stretch: BOSU Strength & Stretch classes will challenge your balance and core stability, emphasizing total  body strength gains.  The latest fitness equipment will be used to build upper and lower body strength while testing your muscular endurance.  The class ends with foam rollers and a power stretch session to release deep muscle tension so you can be ready to train like a professional again tomorrow!

 

**Classes will become increasingly more difficult throughout each five-week session; classes will include pre- and post-testing to measure your fitness improvements.
