Extreme Training Class Descriptions
Extreme Core: Improve your core strength and posture with exercises that challenge the abdominal muscles and lower back. This class will include traditional exercises and additionally utilize equipment such as the BOSU, medicine balls, and kettle bells to provide both stability and balance. BOSU Strength & Stretch: BOSU Strength & Stretch classes will challenge your balance and core stability, emphasizing total body strength gains. The latest fitness equipment will be used to build upper and lower body strength while testing your muscular endurance. The class ends with foam rollers and a power stretch session to release deep muscle tension so you can be ready to train like a professional again tomorrow! |
