EXTREME TRAINING

    4th Floor Gym

Extreme Training is a series of high intensity training

sessions designed to burn calories & increase strength, endurance,speed, agility, and core stabilization. Extreme Training Sessions include Explosive Conditioning, BOSU Strength and Stretch, and Extreme Core.


Extreme Training is offered during the Fall and Spring Semesters!  Check back in August 2008 for our Fall Schedule.
