Finals Schedule 2008 Summer Session 1 *Having trouble viewing this link? Please use Internet Explorer* NEW CLASSES FOR SPRING 2008 F.I.T. (Fitness Interval Training): A sport-infused group fitness
class, ideal for those who want a high intensity workout. This class is less
choreographed than most of the classes included in our group fitness schedule;
activities will include running, plyometric, and strengthening drills to
challenge your body in a variety of ways.
Belly Dancing: A cardiovascular workout that will help you increase flexibility and strength. This class uses traditional belly dancing technique to focus on increasing strength in the torso (or core) and leg muscles. Master a variety of belly dancing skills, including "isolations" of the chest, shoulders, head, and hands as well as serpentine and undulating movements of the torso. *********************
