All interested students wishing to continue an existing sport club must re-register with the Office of Campus Recreation (HWC, Suite 217).  In addition, this club must re-register as a student organization of The George Washington University in the Student Activities Center.  In order to continue to be recognized by the Office of Campus Recreation as an official sport club, the prospective group must re-apply for departmental recognition each year.  All clubs must submit to the Campus Recreation Director all forms contained in the sport club packet including: constitution, budget proposal, facility request form and the waiver/roster form, plus a list of the new club officers no later than October 1st.  Have a least 10 interested individuals. Obtain and review the Sport Club Guidebook.  Meet with the Campus Recreation Director to discuss the structure of the club.  Complete the registration form.  The sport club must acquire an Advisor.  The club advisor must be a full-time faculty member, staff member, or alumnus of The George Washington University.
