Meetings Meetings with all clubs shall be held at least once a semester or when deemed necessary by the Campus Recreation Director. Meetings will be presided over by the Campus Recreation Director. Any club recognized by the Office of Campus Recreation which misses one meeting will be notified in writing by the Campus Recreation Director. The Office of Campus Recreation encourages clubs to meet on their own during the semester to insure good communication and organization with the club itself. Minutes are required to be taken at club meetings and submitted to the Campus Recreation Director. |
