At any time funds may be added to both Colonial Cash and Debit Dollars. Use the GWorld Online Card Office to make quick and convenient deposits directly into your Colonial Cash and Debit Dollars.
Deposits may be made:
- Online with Visa/MasterCard
- At the GWorld Card Office by cash, check (payable to GW), credit card (Visa/MasterCard only) or by billing your student account.
- By mailing a deposit form to the GWorld Card Office with a check or credit card information included. Deposit Form (PDF, 70 KB)
- By faxing a deposit form to the GWorld Card Office with credit card information included. Deposit Form (PDF, 70 KB)
- By depositing cash into one of the various VTS Machines (Value Transfer Stations) located throughout GW's campus.
- Colonial Cash and Debit Dollars may be added in $25 increments at the GWorld Card Office and when using the Online Card Office. For cash deposits of less than the required minimum, please use the various VTS machines located around campus.
- Please note that if you are depositing through the use of personal check, you must be a current GW student, faculty of staff member. The maximum deposit permitted is $500 per a two-week interval. If you have questions regarding deposits, please contact the GWorld Card Office at (202) 994-1795.

- Marvin Center - Ground floor by the ATM machines & Jamba Juice

- Jacob Burns Law Library - 1st & 2nd floor by photocopiers
