How To Apply 09-10

Step 1: Complete the 2009-2010 Financial Aid Application packet.

Step 2: Return the completed GW Application for Financial Assistance and all required documents to GW's Office of Student Financial Assistance.
-Priority deadline: April 24, 2009

Step 3: Complete and file the 2009-2010 CSS Profile Renewal Form with the College Scholarship Service. GW's code is 5246.
-Priority deadline: April 24, 2009

Step 4: Complete and file the 2009-2010 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with the Department of Education processing center. GW's code is 001444.
-Priority deadline: April 24, 2009

Award notifications will be sent to students via email throughout the summer months.  Students are encouraged to monitor their GW email accounts throughout the summer for their award notifications as well as other important correspondences from our office.

(Note: During processing, additional documentation may be required.)
