Interpreting Services

DSS provides sign language and oral interpreting services by qualified staff or freelance interpreters for classes and special events by request. Real-time captioning services and assisted listening devices may also be made available.

Deaf students are asked to complete the Classroom Interpreter Request Form immediately upon registration to help DSS secure qualified interpreters.

Students and members of the GW community who have deaf participants attending their GW-sponsored event must contact the Executive Associate before completing the Special Events Interpreter Request Form online.
