Policies and Procedures If you are taking a class offered by a faculty member with an office that is located in an older building, on a floor without elevator access, or in an area where renovations may temporarily impact accessibility, please be proactive in making alternative arrangements when necessary to ensure that you can meet with the faculty member in an accessible location, such as a library, a classroom, a student lounge, or other space within the academic department, during scheduled office hours.
