This scholarship was established in 1999 by a bequest from Ms. Mei Yuen Hoover to assist students with disabilities who wish to study at GW's Columbian College of Arts and Sciences. It is the goal of this scholarship to help these students attend school and complete their undergraduate and graduate education.
The Mei Yuen Hoover Scholarship is awarded annually. The number of scholarships and the amount of each award are determined each year.
Applicant Eligibility
Students with disabilities who have been admitted to or are currently enrolled in the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences are eligible to apply for the Mei Yuen Hoover Scholarship.
